News on the Water Pipeline from Turkey. All I know is we are going to have a very dry summer as we have not had enough rain in the winter months and water is already being rationed.
I had breakfast with Torin, he started work and I drove to the caravan, a long journey with hold ups on the M25. I put my suitcase down, packed another and off Mal and I went to Deal for a walk round and lunch. From there we had another Living Social deal for the Blazing Donkey where we stayed before Christmas. The deal was £69,for both of us and that included bed, breakfast and three course evening meal!! The prices in the restaurant, that was the cost of just the dinner. I have to admit the food wasn’t quite as good as before but how can you complain for that price? There was a shortage of staff which just meant while we were all waiting, we sat chatting to all the other residents! None of us were in a rush. The only consequence of waiting was the amount of alcohol we consumed!
