The hunters woke us up at 6 in the morning, wonderful as we went to bed at 1.30 after watching the fight. Whoever it was with the gun was far too close to property and so we decided to take Rosie to the beach. It is the first time I have walked Rosie since returning from Turkey and how I needed that walk. I was going very stale indoors all the time and no exercise, not even swimming. It was lovely and of course Rosie loved the sea. We found lots of sea daffodils all along the beach.
During the morning the hunters came far too close and the Police had to be called. They should be more than 500 metres away from property.
Mal started digging at the front of our land in preparation for putting fruit trees in. Later we watched the Man U – Chelsea game. Chelsea won 1-0. No comment. We rang the boys in the eveing and Rivers football team won 13-1.
