I had an appointment to go to a chiropractor in Whitstable. Lou and Rhys gave me a gift voucher for my birthday as she comes highly recommended. Dr Liz at Evolution Health. My hour appointment turned into and hour and a half (no extra charge) and I have to say she was extremely thorough and pinpointed all my problem back and neck areas. Some bits were a little ouchy! Of course she warned me I may feel a little achey the following day.
Rhys came round later with Roddie, their dog, who has come for his holidays. The family have gone for a holiday in Menorca.
Mal ordered me a new laptop from somewhere he has used before. Very high spec laptops, and so he is spending his time transferring all my things on to the new one. Some of it I want are quite specific and of course it is never as easy as he first thinks. It no longer has the same storage for my photos and seeing as I take so many, I will have to master that quickly. My last laptop the battery was about to completely die.
