During the night I got up to go to the loo, always a trial as Ellie sleeps next to me on the floor. On the way back I slipped trying to get back in bed and banged my head on the bedside table and ended up on the floor banging my arm on the way. Ellie jumped out of the way …Mal slept on! In future I think I must turn the light on and not feel my way around in the dark! Painful in the morning.
We still went to Knees Wood and again it was Ellie who was charging ahead! I think the meds are doing her good.
Then of course we go to the Colonels Cafe for a coffee. If you are wondering what happens here along with the wood, it is “boys and their toys”, not just trains, anything that has an engine I think!
Then a difficult match to watch Arsenal v West Ham. Arsenal won!! No comment as Mal supports Hammers.
