A work day. It was quite quiet in the morning but crazily busy in the afternoon.
Lunchtime I popped out to the shops. I was going into the butchers but someone had collapsed on the floor so I gave that a miss!! Then I had just got back from lunch when a worker from Sainsburys (next door) came rushing in and asked if we had a blanket as someone had fallen in their shop and there was blood everywhere! Oh dear. So, two ambulances outside. I don’t think this weather is being kind to a lot of people but to be honest there was a very strong wind coming off the sea so it wasn’t excessively hot.
As I mentioned, the afternoon was so busy and I was exhausted when I arrived home.
