Well, that was a bad night. We took Ellie into the garden again, she just lay there. Mal said he could manage on his own and so I went off to our Red Hatters lunch. I didn’t really want to go but didn’t want to let the girls down. We went to the Jolly Farmer at Manston.
The girls meals looked good but as I was only staying a short while, I just had soup and then came home.
I made such a fuss of Ellie when I arrived home, she managed to get up on her front legs and wobbled two steps.
Later in the evening she started barking at us and so Mal took her into the garden. Sure enough she hobbled back and forth a couple of steps each way and then did her business! She can certainly be very vocal at telling us what to do. But we were relieved that part of her was back and working as sometimes an epidural can make them constipated.
