I went early to do the “Easter shop” at Whitfield as it is usually less busy than Westwood. It was busy by the time I left! A couple more sides of salmon (half price) , one to go in the freezer and the other to make a salmon, spinach and cream cheese lasagne for our Easter Sunday meal.
