We had a walk in the drizzle. Along the river first.
We then walked into town where there is a Thursday market. Age concern charity shop had a big box of teddies outside so we bought another for Ellie. She does love playing with them.
I planted some sunflowers in the garden the previous day. I had them in pots to begin with and they were about 7 inches tall. When I looked today, two had been totally munched up by snails so I am now on snail patrol.
In the afternoon I found 15 snails. I’ll try again another day. I also found a frog. I would really prefer him at the allotment where I have two ponds!
