Mal took Ellie to Gazen Salts. That’s too far for me to walk. He then went to his old allotment to get the last of the membrane. I had intended going with him but it was too cold for sitting around. Instead I walked up just as he finished, I do need a little exercise each day. Plenty of rhubarb coming along.
I made soup for lunch to warm us up. As it’s Bank Holiday we did the ITV7 again. We were all out by the first race. Who knows one day we may win £50K! Not our lucky day.
We brought some daffodils back from the allotment and so I took them round to Torin’s grave. They Have done the first grass cut round there and there was cut grass everywhere, so I cleaned all round the stone. Enough walking for one day.
