Lou went running, training for the London Marathon even thought the weather was awful and it was her birthday! We went over to their house. Tariq was home, so really nice to see him. We went out with them all for a birthday lunch and met Maddie and River at the pub. Ollie made the cake and it was delicious.
Back to Lou and Rhys’s and Sol and his girl friend arrived once they had finished work.
We watched the Spurs game….oh dear, too many injuries and looks as though there isn’t anyone who can score a goal!
