We took Ellie out a little later than usual as it seemed cooler. Something wasn’t quite right as she started limping. I looked at her front legs and couldn’t find any problem but she was walking very slow so we cut the walk short. She really wasn’t happy. Maybe it was the heat finally getting to her. We just came back home and let her lie in the shade in the garden. We will have to keep an eye on her.
My laptop has started playing up so Mal is on the hunt for a new one for me. I do hate it when I have to get used to a new one and also I hate physically going to shops and listening to the sales patter when I don’t even understand half of what they are saying….a good thing Mal does. I don’t think either of us really felt like trip to the shops anyway, so he is looking online. The problem is this weather our local roads are all busy with tourists. Instead we had a lazy day in the garden. But I just kept thinking Torin would have been down here with the twins, lovely weather like this.
