We took Ellie out and then went over to Lou and Rhys’s as Lou was going out training again. She managed 24 miles meanwhile I cooked the Sunday roast. Lou came back looking surprisingly refreshed but she did say her legs ached.I am not surprised.
She is doing so well seeing as she has never run a marathon before. Only three weeks to go until the Brighton Marathon. So far she has raised £525 (including gift aid).
Meanwhile Grandad was playing Dobble with the kids.
The clocks have changed so it is nice for it to be lighter in the evenings.
