Mal ordered an artificial Christmas tree online and it arrived this morning, so he put that together. I am sure it is the first time he has ever sorted a Christmas tree out! We took Ellie out and it was pouring with rain. Such a shame as they have a full programme of events on in Sandwich all day ending with the turning on of the Christmas lights. They even have a fun fair in the car park. No one was there as we walked past!
In the evening we went to see the town Christmas light procession which was really good.
After watching that we popped into The Crispin for a mulled wine. From there we went to St Mary’s arts centre for a concert by Pulse, who are a Pink Floyd tribute band. The tickets said it started at 7, so we arrived at 10 to. We were one of the first. The concert started at 8.20!! We just sat there all that time waiting. They were OK but not brilliant, this is the trouble with some of the tribute bands. We both agreed to leave in the interval!!
