After a rather muddy walk with Ellie Mal and I went to Asda to buy drink for over the festive period. At the front of the store they had brussels, broccoli, parsnips and carrots all for 20p!!! Previous years fresh vegetable prices seem to escalate just before Christmas. I don’t know what has happened this year! Tesco are also doing similar deals for 29p.
In the afternoon we watched a couple of Christmas films with the log burner roaring. The only trouble with that is that it sends you to sleep if it gets too warm! Very cosy and I think we enjoy a bit of “boring” for a change! Ellie was very content on the sofa!
