“????
???? HATCHLING RELEASE TONIGHT ????????
Sunday, 20th August at Guzelyali Beach, Karsiyaka we will be releasing previously excavated hatchlings. This will be close to The Turtle Shack so not much walking involved tonight. Please be there for 19:15 if you want to see the hatchlings find their way into the sea ????????”
I am really hoping that my nest of Loggerheads wait until I get there!!
We had a BBQ with Lou Rhys, the three littlies and also little Torin is staying with them so he came. Tris and Violet also came over. We try and get some garden games for the kids but the best game today was to see how to put up a gazebo!! The fact we had three big BBQ’s coming up with always the threat of rain, we decided to buy a gazebo. Mal tried to put it up and it was impossible, you sorted one side and the other sides poles all fell apart. He bought it from Amazon, he said it was useless and told them he was sending it back but he wasn’t going to pay the postage. In the end they refunded the money and said don’t bother sending it back!! So that was the challenge today, we had a really good laugh and eventually with 10 of us we did it!
We daren’t take it down now! We had a good BBQ and the kids loved playing in the gazebo.
I’d rather not mention the Spurs game!!
