There was a lot of fog when I drove Mal to the station. I took Ellie to the orchards and took some photos and then looked for Ellie and discovered she was chasing a rabbit, next thing she had caught it and it was squealing. I then had to chase her down the dip at the side of the orchard, where the burrows are to make sure she let go of it! Perhaps she thought it was another Teddy but one that could run very fast! I did manage to get her to drop it but then had to climb back up and I think I twisted my knee on the way down!!
Later I went to Westwood in the search for Christmas presents. I was totally uninspired! Again I just wanted to go home!
I collected Mal from the station but because of all the strikes, his train was cancelled and then the next one didn’t stop at Sturry……………….I waited for 45 minutes! Of course he text me on my way there but I never take any notice of my phone when I am driving and always have the music on too loud!
