Pre Christmas shopping is now getting frantic so I left early to get the supermarket shopping. It was all done apart from small Bonios for Ellie which she was running out of. I stopped at Range on the way back but they didn’t open until 9am so I had to wait outside for 20 minutes. Westwood branch ran out last week!

Our walk was later than usual but we decided to go for a really long one. I can’t say I was at all impressed to see this at the Grange as we went past. The hounds were making such a row too. I thought this was now illegal??

We were very tempted to make a phone call or two. Mal’s sister is really into her animal rights and runs one of the local rescues. We continued on and went through the woods. Ellie runs like mad and the next thing I saw her rolling again…….in foxes poo. Now I was really bothered about getting home as she stunk of foxes! The hunt had obviously left by the time we were back by the Grange and so straight home and another bath for Ellie.

The rest of the day seemed to be taken up with sorting Christmas presents. I still haven’t got everything!
