Torin and I took the dogs to Chicksands woods. It’s a place I have walked my dogs when I lived in Bedfordshire, so long ago now and I also have photos of the kids as teenagers going through the same woods. Now the twins like going up there too, to see Mr Sanders little house! There has to be magic in children’s lives, grown ups too actually!
We went back to Torin’s and had some lunch and then drove back to Kent, collecting Ellie on the way back home. She went crazy when she saw us. I think she has a busy time at Rhys’s with 6 children and two adults and another dog in the house. She was glad to be home.
