A reminder that the KAV May Fair is on this afternoon/evening at The Wild Duck, Lapta. It is a cancer research charity fund raiser.
I went along in the afternoon and there were a lot of people there and I should imagine it got busier towards the evening. The Wild Duck was a great place to have it as they have such a lovely garden. The lady who was going to have her head shaved to raise money was being offered £500 NOT to have it shaved. That was about the time I left so I don’t know what happened after that. I just hope they raised a lot of money.
