Happy 4th Birthday to our grand twins Scarlet and Jack!
With ten grandchildren, I decided to take advantage of Thornton’s 15% off everything offer and ordered all the children’s Easter Eggs.
Lou, our daughter in law, is doing her first Half marathon today in Bath and I know she is very nervous about it but what an achievement.
I spoke to Torin who is in bed with flu and feeling really ill which means he is missing Scarlet and Jack’s birthday party. He was really upset about it but I don’t suppose anyone there wants to have his bugs even if he could get out of bed. After yesterdays escapades, I think he is better where he is and besides they can have another birthday at his house when he is feeling better.
Torin and I often communicate phone to phone with Whats up app. It’s free and means you don’t have to pay for text. Really handy being such a long way away.
Lou rang us when she was home after her half marathon and she ran it in two hours, for her first one…excellent and she raised a lot of money for Cancer Research. Well done Lou.
Later we watched a very good Arsenal v Spurs game. Well done Spurs!
