As our flight on Tuesday is 6, something crazy in the morning Mal decided he would book a hotel close to Luton airport. It seemed Ibis was the closest, although a ‘budget’ hotel it still cost £60. We have never stayed in an Ibis before.
Torin drove us over early afternoon and we later had our dinner in their restaurant which I have to say was good and the staff were very nice. I did have a shock when I realised that our bed was a board! I really am not joking and didn’t find it at all amusing when I woke up four times during the night, hardly being able to move because my back hurt!
