Tariq and Rhys came round to lay slabs in the garden. First the decking had to come up, mostly going rotten. Mal and I did two dump runs while Rhys and Tariq sorted the rest out. Wickes should have delivered everything at 9. Instead they turned up at 3 o’clock, so Mal and I went and bought some sharp sand and a few slabs for them to be going on with. Then it rained!
