Not a good day, just as Dr Liz said I didn’t feel very good. I had a terrible headache, I guess the result of the neck and head manipulations. I had back ache as well. I know this often happens after the first consultation. I went shopping but was so tired by the time I arrived home. I had a soak in the bath and an early night!
