Another lovely day but it is looking a little like autumn. We went around the orchards. I did have a couple of windfalls to eat as I was going round! They are starting to get very heavy. Ellie as usual spent her time playing with rabbits.
From there on to Gibsons Farm shop. At least I am now able to buy Kentish apples and not ones that have travelled half way round the world. I am wondering whether I am the only customer who checks their receipt as this is the third time I have been overcharged and when I have queried it, it is always a “computer” error. Sorry no, it is a person who inputs the information! Old habits die hard, I was always a receipt checker in north Cyprus, you had to be!
Our new sign, courtesy of Michelle is now up on our gate, so maybe people will find us now.
