The sun was out again but the temperature had dropped! Down to the beach as we didn’t want to be shot in the mountains by the hunters! A lot of the sea weed has gone to be replaced by so much rubbish. It was completely strewn across the beach which meant we didn’t stay long as it was so disgusting and Ellie has a habit of scavenging. It would be good to have somewhere safe to take a dog on a Sunday morning!
An interesting programme on Al Jazeera this morning. Same old, same old!
Margaretha came up later in the morning and then we went to Açmenya for lunch and very good it was too. We were even offered Colman’s mint sauce or horseradish sauce! They make excellent brandy sours.
I thought this was rather a nice picture of Alsancak’s Golden Lady with the mountains in the background.
