Showers during the night but we managed a quick dry walk.
At least my courgettes in pots in the garden haven’t been beaten down too much by the rain.

Not so sunny so we took Ellie to St Mildred’s Bay as we know there are slopes on to the beach and wouldn’t have to carry her up the steps! There were masses of winkles on the rocks.
A lot of rain in the afternoon so we caught up on Springwatch and watched some of the birds live in their nests and even eggs hatching.
In the evening we went to the Marlowe Theatre to see Jools Holland. We go every time he is on there and it is always such a good night, by the end of which we are all up and dancing to his Boogie Woogie!
As always we had middle seats in the second row.

So good!
A lovely walk around Kearsney and we managed to avoid the rain! There are a lot of ducklings and young moorhen at the moment.
Of course Ellie had to go in the stream.

Mal went to the allotment, more broad beans, peas and so many strawberries.

In the evening we caught up with Springwatch. I love that programme.
A work day and we were really busy.
