A duvet day as I still wasn’t well. Ellie had her “fat club” at the vets so Mal took her. She has actually put on half a kilo but Megan is stumped as to why when she has lost 13 cms from around her waist!!! She told Mal that Ellie is the only dog they have who is actually sticking to a diet, so well done Ellie. Mal bought another sack of weight loss food and they now give you a card (as a member of their club) where you get every 6th bag free! Excellent.
In the afternoon our local PCSO Debbie called. A fire was set alight along the road a while back and she was seeing if anyone knew anything about it. Mal chatted to her for ages. At the moment they may be cutting the PCSO’s jobs in Kent! They will find out just before Christmas! She has however offered to come along to any events at the new Jubilee Centre, which is opening tonight for the Boxing club. More events will follow in the future. Well done to Mal and the other trustees who have managed to secure the reopening, invaluable to the community. Mal is in the back row, it was to be a photo opportunity for all the trustees but only 2 of them were able to make it.

I heard from Queenie’s husband Chris and they are keeping her in hospital for at least another couple of days. They keep saying she can come home and then her bloods aren’t right, so no a couple more days.
Ben Fogle was from Cyprus tonight, mainly from no man’s land.
