We were due to collect our Avis car at 12. The Dover office called and asked if I would like an upgrade and they would deliver the car to us as we discovered one of the invoices they had sent was incorrect! They called again and said the car they wanted to give me would be a little late and was that OK. We weren’t in a rush to get it so I told them yes, it was fine. It arrived about 1.30pm and I was then told as it was late, they would deduct a day from the rental, well, can’t say fairer than that!
I went to get some shopping and then another afternoon of watching the tennis!
