I think we have given up listening to weather forecasts. Again we woke up to rain. That wasn’t forecast! However we had planned to go to Broadstairs to get Mal’s hair cut and I was still going to the beach at Stone Bay, rain or not. I dropped him off and then Ellie and I went to the beach. The rain had stopped by the time we arrived and Ellie had the time of her life. She loves it down there, playing with other dogs, digging and rolling in the sand and running in and out of the sea. It is one beach that allows dogs in the summer but only until 10 am and after 6 pm.
Mal went to the allotment to collect more veg and do some weeding. I started sorting some missing things out for Sunday’s BBQ. Somewhere I hasve a loy more knives and forks but don’t know where I put them!
